I'm a busy woman just like you with husband, kids, full-time demanding job and very little time. So I'm trying to no longer be busy but to be a productive woman. Yes you have that to do list and it’s the weekend but don’t forget to enjoy the day. Sundays are known as a day of rest for a reason. IF YOU WANT CLARITY OF THOUGHT AND MENTAL STRESS RELIEF. Take a couple of hours or you. Go for a walk and listen you favorite tunes. Your list will still be there.

If you have a little cash take the DISC profile test. It’s more in depth and provides more insight to your strengths and weaknesses.
If you have your results from past test dust it off and look at it. Your core personality may not change but life happens and some new strengths AND new weaknesses will come out.
